Body Image research found that looking at magazines for 60 minutes lowers self-esteem in over 80% of girls.

8 in 10 girls say taking time to take care of themselves helps them feel more confident. 

8 in 10 girls avoid seeing friends and family when they don't feel good about the way they look.

Over 50% of teen girls use unhealthy weight control behaviors such as skipping meals, fasting, smoking cigarettes, vomiting, and taking laxatives

Among high school students, 44% of girls are attempting to lose weight. 

7 in 10 girls believe they are not good enough or don't measure up in some way including their looks, performance in school and relationships with friends and family
