Zumba is the perfect workout for everybody and every body. The high and low intensity dance

moves increase energy and improve fitness. Girls get a total workout, combining all elements of

fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

YOGA

The perfect holistic practice and fitness regimen requires the need to “work-in”. Yoga concentrates on the inner body maintenance. Through yoga classes, the girls will learn self awareness, focus and stress reduction techniques. Beyond the physical benefits of each class, such as improving balance, mobility, strength and agility, the girls begin to peel away layers of stress, negative emotions, fatigue and discomfort. They will discover their supreme and authentic selves, abiding within.
